Ok I put an offer on a house. I know it's very fast. I'm just as nervous as you are about it. Ok, more nervous. We only looked at 9 houses. This one stood out far above the rest. I must have looked at 1000 online and this was one of my favorites right away. It has 4 bedrooms all decent sized and upstairs. It has nice sized living areas downstairs. It's on a busy road and has a small yard but is a newer house and is in the right price range. I'll let you know what happens and put some pictures up later.

The house looks good, but I have one misgiving about the city: the Kokomo High School mascot is the Wildkat. With a k. This is a Serious Problem.
